Owner Ben Campbell grew up with a single mom raising four kids during the day, and stocking shelves at the grocery store at night. No excuses, no shortcuts, no time to complain. She taught Ben the lessons you don't learn in a trade school.

Ben has been in the trade for over 17 years, and has held almost every position that can be done in this industry: Laborer, Apprentice, Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager.
Before starting Monarch, Ben led electrical installations on some of Routt County's largest builds:
Hayden PK-12, Co-Superintendent
Sleeping Giant School - Superintendent
Steamboat City Hall and Fire Station - Superintendent, Field Project Manager/Field Estimator
Steamboat Ski Resort's "Full Steam Ahead" Upgrades - Superintendent, Field Project Manager/Field Estimator
(Gondola's, Lifts, Ski Lighting, Infrastructure, The Range and Concert Area)
